Esra Nur Yurtkuran

I graduated from the Department of Psychology (English) at Istanbul Rumeli University and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the same university. During my internship at Adel Counseling Center, which I began in 2024, I had the opportunity to develop my clinical knowledge and experience through case observations, case discussions, supervision processes, and various professional trainings. Throughout my undergraduate education, I was actively involved in the executive team of my university’s Psychology Club for two years, participating in academic events and various psychology-related projects. In addition, I participated in different clinical internship programs and received training in Sports Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR therapy. I continue to develop my professional knowledge and skills through various certification programs while following current developments and approaches in the field of psychology. As someone who aims to specialize in Clinical Psychology, I seek to support my professional development through further training and practical experience in different therapeutic approaches. Through my articles for Psychology Times, I also aim to explore a variety of psychological topics and create content that is both informative and engaging for readers.
