Selin Kaymak

Selin Kaymak, born and raised in Ankara, graduated from the Psychology Department at Başkent University and is continuing her professional journey with training in cognitive therapy. Her desire to understand the thought–emotion–behavior cycle of the human mind has led her to form a deep connection with cognitive distortions and restructuring techniques. Selin is on a path where she not only works in the field but also embraces the responsibility of making scientific contributions to the discipline of psychology.
