Selenay Doğan

Selenay Doğan graduated from the Psychology Department of Eastern Mediterranean University with a 100% English-language education and has since worked as a psychologist and writer in the field of psychology. Following her undergraduate studies, her interest in the inner world of children led her to focus particularly on child-centered play therapy and child assessment. During her undergraduate years, she progressed in various subfields, primarily clinical psychology, and conducted academic research on topics such as help-seeking behavior, emotional eating, FOMO, emotional intelligence, and clinical case formulation. Aiming to pursue a master's degree in clinical psychology, Doğan strives to convey psychological knowledge in a scientifically grounded, ethical, and understandable language. In her writings, she aims to make psychology accessible and understandable to everyone, creating content focused on the mental health of individuals and children.
