Hilal ÖNAL

Hilal Önal is a psychologist and writer, born in Balıkesir in 1999. She graduated from the Department of Psychology at Istanbul Medipol University. Following her undergraduate education, she developed an interest in forensic psychology and began working as a psychologist within the Ministry of Justice. Through her writings—grounded in individual observations and an inductive approach—Önal aims to guide her readers. In her work, she seeks to help individuals explore their inner worlds and to shed light on existential and moral inquiries by presenting scientific knowledge in a clear and accessible language. Continuing her psychotherapy and writing practices actively, Önal also enjoys traveling, playing the piano, and spending time in nature.
