Elif Sena Konal is an undergraduate psychology student. She is interested in the cognitive and emotional foundations of human behavior, and in her writings she focuses particularly on topics such as overthinking, suppressed emotions, emotion regulation processes, individuals’ internal conflicts, and the psychology of interpersonal relationships.
