Melissa Arslan

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ankara University, Melissa Arslan has been actively continuing her professional work in the fields of family, relationship, marriage, and sexual counseling. She effectively integrates various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Family Constellation Therapy, combining these methods through a holistic approach tailored to the unique needs of individuals and families. In her work with children, she utilizes play therapy and story therapy, offering guidance to parents through drawing analysis and child assessment tests.
