Hanife Musa

Hanife Musa completed her undergraduate and graduate education in psychology in Bulgaria and later earned her PhD from Marmara University in Istanbul. In her doctoral dissertation, she examined the concepts of well-being, psychological resilience, cognitive flexibility, and compassion among parents of children with autism. She has received specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Counseling, as well as various approaches tailored for children such as play therapy, fairy-tale therapy, and cognitive therapy. In addition to her psychology education, she also studied Islamic sciences and successfully completed a degree in Islamic Theology. By integrating her psychological expertise with spiritual foundations, she continues her work with a scientific and holistic approach. As a psychologist with academic writing experience, she began publishing scientific articles during her time in Bulgaria and continues her scholarly work actively in Turkey. Her published research primarily focuses on topics such as stress, hope, perseverance, religiosity, and spirituality. She also serves as a volunteer psychologist in various organizations, providing support to individuals in need. In addition to her therapeutic practices, she aims to promote psychological well-being through training programs, seminars, and written works. Carrying her interest in psychology and child development into the literary field, Hanife Musa authored a children’s book titled Kalbin Saati (“The Heart’s Clock”).
