Dilara TOK

Clinical Psychologist Dilara Tok completed her undergraduate studies at Istanbul Kültür University, Department of Psychology, and earned her Master's degree from Nişantaşı University’s Clinical Psychology program. She conducted her Master's project on "Investigating the relationship between anorexia nervosa and parental attitudes in girls aged 13–19." During her education, she completed voluntary internships at various clinics and hospitals and participated in long-term voluntary work as an assistant psychologist in the AMATEM (Alcohol and Substance Addiction Treatment Center) department of Moodist Hospital. She has completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Death and Grief Therapy, Art Therapy, and Play Therapy, and she administers various psychological assessment tests. She has participated in group studies in the field of psychodrama and actively continues her involvement in group processes in this field. Currently, she sees clients in the fields of psychotherapy and play therapy, conducting her work in accordance with ethical and scientific principles.
