Deren Yelmen

Clinical Psychologist Deren Yelmen completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Sabancı University and later earned a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults across various fields. Working primarily within the frameworks of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, Yelmen focuses especially on anxiety disorders, relationship issues, self-worth problems, and emotional regulation difficulties. She adopts a therapeutic approach that views each individual’s story as a unique whole, aiming to create space for meaningful change in her clients' lives. At Noé Psychology, which she founded, she provides individual therapy services and also conducts training and supervision programs for psychology students. Additionally, she contributes to community mental health awareness by organizing workshops and seminars for institutions. Yelmen prioritizes professional ethics and evidence-based practice, and she continues to support her professional development through ongoing supervision and advanced training.
