Akın Fişek

Akın Fişek is an interdisciplinary researcher pursuing graduate studies in biochemistry and civil engineering. His work focuses on the interaction between neurocognitive processes and the design of physical environments. He examines the cognitive effects of architectural structures in the context of dyslexia, visual timing, and spatial perception in children. Approaching dyslexia from an engineering perspective, he develops theoretical frameworks for redesigning learning environments through a neuroscience-informed and inclusive lens.
