Banu Aksoy Macit completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at METU, and her master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at New York University with a Fulbright Scholarship.
Banu Aksoy Macit began her career in the United States, holding roles in Human Resources at local and international companies across various sectors. She currently works as an "HR Professional" at a UK-based company. She has published articles in the fields of employee well-being, employee engagement, and organizational psychology. Additionally, she provides training in areas such as Communication, Conflict Management, and Motivation processes in organizations.
In addition to her current role, she also holds the position of "Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion" at her organization. Banu Aksoy Macit is an ICF-certified (International Coaching Federation) Professional Coach. Specializing in Executive and Team Coaching, she provides coaching services to her clients in both Turkish and English. Recently, to lead cultural transformations in organizations, she has earned the title of Agile Coach. In her coaching practice, she listens to people and accompanies them on their journey toward the place they want to be, becoming a part of their change process. She enjoys listening to people, learning from their experiences, and traveling to explore different cultures.
Banu is a board member of the Personnel Management Association's Central Anatolia Region and is also a member of the Fulbright Alumni Association and the Association for Coaching.
