Selda Kutay

Selda Kutay holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a master's degree in Management and Organization. For nearly 20 years, she has worked as a human resources professional in corporate companies and consulting firms. Guided by a goal she set early in her career, she has focused on personal development, education, and transformation, with the individual at the center—both in societal and organizational contexts. In her secondary career path, she provides consultancy services on work-life balance, workplace conflicts, and conflict resolution. In addition, she works as a family counselor, offering individual and couples therapy, as well as sex therapy. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychological Counseling and Guidance. Under the umbrella of Reconn Integrated Consultancy, which she founded, she continues to offer services in both individual and corporate consultancy fields.
