She has extensive experience working as a psychological counselor in educational settings, supporting individuals with anxiety disorders, exam anxiety, self-concept difficulties, and emotional regulation problems. She practices within a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy framework. Academically, she is a co-author of the article “Exploring the Predictive Role of Self-Esteem, Coping Behavior, and Early Maladaptive Schema in Academic Procrastination,”published in Studia Psychologica: Theoria et Praxis. She aims to integrate clinical practice with scientifically grounded knowledge.
